Privacy policy and GDPR

1) General provisions

a) The data controller is the company MECH-TEST Research and Certification Centre, 22 Klonowa Street, 05-077 Warszawa-Wesoła, NIP: 118-057-33-75, REGON: 006718780.
b) Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable laws, and their storage takes place on secure servers.
c) For the purpose of better reception of the Privacy Policy, the term “User” has been replaced by “You”, “Administrator” by “We”. The term ‘TRADER’ means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
(d) We respect the right to privacy and ensure data security. For this purpose, we use, among other things, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL).
e) The personal data provided in the contact form is treated as confidential and is not visible to unauthorised persons.

2) Data Administrator

(a) The service provider shall be the controller of its clients’ data. This means that if you have an Account on our website, we process your data such as your name, surname, email address, telephone number, IP address. The service provider is also the administrator of the people who are subscribed to the newsletter and those who are subscribed to the webinar.
b) Personal data is processed:
i) in accordance with data protection regulations,
(ii) in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,
iii) to the extent and purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of the Agreement, amend or terminate it and properly perform electronically supplied Services,
(iv) to the extent and for the purpose necessary for the fulfilment of legitimate interests (legitimate purposes) and the processing does not affect the rights and freedoms of the data subject: to the extent and for the purpose compatible with your consent if you subscribed to the newsletter, to the extent and for the purpose compatible with your consent if you subscribed to the webinar.
v) Every data subject (if we are the data controller) has the right of access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
vi) The contact with the person who supervises the processing of personal data in the Service Provider’s organisation is possible by e-mail: cbc.mech.test@gmail.com.
vii) We reserve the right to process your data after the termination of the Contract or the withdrawal of your consent only to the extent that we are obliged by national or EU or international law to retain the data.
viii) The Service Provider has the right to make your personal data and other data of yours available to entities authorised by the applicable law (e.g. law enforcement agencies).
ix) Deletion of personal data may take place as a result of revoking consent or raising legally permissible objections to the processing of personal data.
x) The Service Provider shall not make the personal data available to entities other than those authorised pursuant to the relevant provisions of law.
xi) We have implemented pseudonymisation, data encryption and we have access control in place so as to minimise the effects of possible data security breaches.
xii) Personal data is processed by persons exclusively authorised by us or by processors with whom we cooperate closely.

3) Cookie files

a) This website uses cookies. These are small text files sent by a web server and stored by your browser software. When the browser reconnects to the site, the site recognizes the type of device from which the user connects. The parameters allow you to read the information contained in them only to the server that created them. Cookies therefore make it easier to use previously visited websites.
